1st, get your facts straight before you threaten!
2nd, my neighbor that saw you was a FWC officer (now retired) and
drove right by you and you did not know it, but I saw it and knew that
because he is such a "Straight Arrow" (I know him well enough).
A cellphone call was being made to his comrades before he got down to the
boat yard at Spanish Main Drive. The FWC officers that showed up that
Sunday, were out there because of your landscape trailer, equipment
and brush cutter (remember you got it stuck in the mud!)!
3rd, I fully admit stopping by Paul Krugers office (on the way to the
VA hospital for an appointment) and he told me the permit was issued
and that it was a done deal. That's why I started to email you about
buying the lot, YOU WON!
I did tell him about the incident with FWC, because you were
absolutely convinced I called them. WHICH IS STILL NOT TRUE, AND NEVER
WILL BE SO! I said you had a brush pile of small trees that were cut, and stopped after
the FWC showed up. Because of the FWC story it is logical to assume what
the ACE folks saw at waters edge was that. I did NOT watch you constantly,
whenever you were there, so I can't testify to what exactly you cut
or when!
4th, listen carefully to what is said on the audio file, if the view down
by the waters edge of the lot was still shrouded in mangroves you
would NOT have even gotten the permit you have now! again, YOU
WON YOU CAN BUILD ON IT!
5th, It's your signs, threats and innuendos that have pissed everybody
off, just go to your website, no wonder everybody has it in for you! Sal,
some advice, take down the inflammatory parts of your website and
stop your internet harassement. That's what is going to screw you in the
end!
6th, do what you want, it's still a free country, I shedded blood in
battle on foreign soil to protect your rights, so don't forget that!
7th, I hope this has been a benefit to your knowledge (especially #5), so
don't warp it around me and I won't lose a second of sleep over your
threat!

contacting an attorney and we find out if there is any way I can suit
