Charlie "drop like a rock" Crist
I just received my annual Truth in Millage notice with projected property taxes for this year -- a 16 percent increase. Solid waste is going up 36 percent. My boat registration for this year reflected a whopping 119 percent increase and I've been told we can expect auto registration fees to go up 35 percent in the near future.
Isn't it nice to know that your government is looking after you during these difficult economic times? It must be nice to operate in an environment with no competition where you can freely gouge your customers knowing they have no recourse. Maybe they thought we wouldn't notice.

Hi,
I made a couple of offers for your lot on Cudjoe and ended up
buying right up the street. As my property makes it closer to the
finish line to get a permit, I think I am going to spend some time
getting to know the process, the people, and my neighbors. Your
experience with your lot is quite frankly scaring the crap out of me
and am now wondering what kind of spider web I am in. I saw your sign
and thought it was great! Its funny, everyone I talked to down there
told me that I could never build on my lot and I was foolish for
buying it. I have met a few people there and they seem nice enough but
they are into everyone elses business!! Wow, I have lived in alot of
different places and never seen so much interest in other peoples
property! Some of them do need to get a life!
The ironic part about Cudjoe is it to me it represents a place to get
away to on a weekend and escape some of the hassles of living in a
heavily populated area and relax for my family and I..........not
doing battle with my neighbors. Guess we will see......
Your experience there is an eye opener to me. Like you, I do enjoy a
challenge and won't accept "no" when it comes to building. I
plan to build when I get my permit and the ACOE have a hefty
mitigation fee for my property but it will pay off in the long run
after my house is up.
Your website is great (love it!) and good luck in your pursuits. Your
perserverance will conquer all.

reprisals from ACOE)

Just another day at the USACOE office in Miami....

Above is a picture of Paul Kruger handling some permit applicants at the Miami office of the U.S. Corps of Engineers.

French system looks fine to this American
As one of surprisingly many Key Westers who live in France part of the year, I had the opportunity to observe firsthand some aspects of their government managed health plans. The first was a French citizen who had a new baby. For a small supplement (50 euros, or about $70 per day), she had a lovely single room with, of course, private bath [and an] extra room for baby weighing, cleaning and washing. The mother actually received classes from experts about how to care for her first newborn.
I visited on the third day and was surprised the mom was not going home. Anything wrong with the child, I asked? Nope. Child and mom are fine. "But it is so restful here," she said.
When I saw the food they brought her, I wanted to have dinner there too! Yes, the Mom and child were allowed to stay five or six days with no pressure to leave.
In our system, if there was no "approved" medical reason to stay, they would have been shown the door much sooner.
The second case was about a U.S. citizen who has been living in France for three years. Because they obtained the permit to stay more than six months (they file French taxes every year, but do not necessarily pay additional taxes over U.S. taxes), they were entitled to the same coverage as the French.
Our friend had a series of serious problems that were handled swiftly by specialists in various hospitals. She was moved by ambulance and stayed in private rooms at no extra costs. She is now scheduled for what would be very expensive heart interventions, which will not cost her a single franc (or euro, I should say). The funny thing is that, in the hospital, she craved for a little red wine, which they gladly allowed her to have.
I happen to have voluntarily taken an early retirement, which forces me to buy only catastrophic medical insurance at astronomical rates. I don't want to wish my life away, but I certainly hope I stay healthy until I reach Medicare age. And then I wonder.

We will be moving on from the idiots at the Army Corps. I believe I have proved be on the shadow of a doubt the Army Corp of Engineers in Miami are some pretty anal beings. This country is in a recession. Most of the folks that I've talked to with enormous mitigation fees are not going to build or pay their fees. They told me in this market it would be a waste of money to go forward with construction because most folks can buy a waterfront home for less and don't have to go thought the Army Corps Bullshit.....Makes sense. Another brilliant move by our Government
Reoccurring theme to Paul Kruger's Witch Hunt

The audio segment above was of detective Greg Larochelle of the Monroe Sheriff's dept interviewing Megan Clouser of the ACOE, her muttered answer was "No", just like the other 4 idiots form the Corps that were interrogated that day.
These pictures are displayed in the office of

Paul E. Kruger, Chief Army Corps of Engineers
Paul's favorite reading material below
Paul's Favorite movie line Listen
Note: This could account for some of Paul's paranoid thoughts. If you have followed any of the previous posts you can probably see that (in my opinion) Paul is very delusional and should seek professional help or talk to his crack employee, Ivan Fannin (touted to have psychological training).....Just a suggestion Paul. Also, we believe that Paul should stick to screwing folks out of their hard earned money by charging excessive permit fees, That's what he and his comrades do best.

How to profile a terrorist by Paul E.Kruger(ACOE)
1. Likes altered pictures of Sara Palin
2. Likes to tape Voicemails
3. Copies articles from other WebPages and puts them in his WebPages {referring to the Timothy Mcvay crap and copied bigpinekey.com item}
4. Calls Army Corp employees idiots
5. Makes the U.S. Corp of Engineers, Miami branch, look like a bunch of 3rd graders
6. Likes Confucius sayings
7. Has uncanny ability to spot worthless government employees and idiots, like myself and my employees.
8. Talks about how the Army Corp screwed all the folks in New Orleans and harassed the editor of Levees.org.....View Levees.org
This should make it all CLEAR
This tape has not been altered
These folks are useless
Not one return phone call, that day or the next
Gallant effort by the Army Corps in Miami to portray Mr. Gutierrez as a terrorist.
Example of making a Federal Case....Badly
1. The neighbor is the one that cut down the mangroves to secure his boat prior to me purchasing this lot.
View recent letter from Neighbor. Look at #4. It could be viewed as an admission that he cleared the Mangroves to the water's edge.
View LETTER

Lot with yellow border is the lot in question.....The white object in back of my lot is the neighbor's boat...Has the light bulb gone on yet?????? Picture is pre-2005, before my purchase.
2. Every time I left voicemail with the Corp I asked them politely to call me back. Whether I called after hours or not has no bearing on anything.......They never called me back. Listen to one of the calls Listen
3. No one was threaten with any harm at any time.
4. As you can see by this tape......Paul Kruger is one of the bigger idiots. Doctoring audio tapes?????? Palin's picture being offensive to him???? Is he one of those Girlie men?????.....Come on Paully you're a fool.
5. Plants were trimmed legally to construct fence....A permit was issued by the county. Two law enforcement officers (one DEP officer and one FWC) stopped looked at the permit and left. They said I was not in violation of any law. Fact: The County does not allow fencing in wetlands.....The fence is not located in the wetland....Call Monroe County permit Dept. 305-289-2500
From Monroe County Code Book
The fence was also put there to keep the neighbor with the boat off my property. He stored all his heavy machinery on this property prior to my purchase, the guy's a real redneck....He thinks he owned the property prior to my purchase and thinks he owns it now.
6. Mrs. Clouser was very much involved.
7. Army Corp has aerials of my lot prior to me purchasing it and aerials of it's present conditions......If I had taken any plants off this property don't you think they would have done something by now???? It's total bullshit. When I bought it I had to tell the neighbor to remove all his shit from my property.....The neighbor is the one cutting mangroves.
Call the customer service line at the Corp....Guess what you get???? A voice mail that never gets returned....give it a try.

[Army Corp Of Nazis] I have also found that if you just drive to Miami to the Army Corp building with or without an appointment that they keep the main outer door locked. I guess they must be afraid someone might come and beat the crap out of someone lounging there. |

Conclusion still stands
